• Organize recordings into Spaces

  Create Spaces (folders) for projects, clients, or meeting series — with an emoji, folder notes, and their own AI chat. Called folders on iOS and Android.

• Tag and filter recordings

  Use AI-suggested and manual tags, date filters from Last 7 days to a custom range, and favourites and pins to keep your library findable.

• Move recordings between Spaces

  Add a recording to one or many Spaces, remove it without deleting anything, drag-and-drop on the web, or record straight into a folder.

• File recurring meetings automatically

  When Canto spots a recurring meeting it offers to create a Space and file every future note there — optionally shared with the attendees.

• See your day at a glance with Insights

  Insights on the web maps each day's recordings onto a 24-hour dial — see when you recorded, how much, and jump into any conversation.

• Your recording stats on the web

  The web Performance page tracks how you use Canto over time: total recorded, words transcribed, day streak, busiest day, and a weekly activity chart.
