What do Free, Pro, and Team include?

Canto has four plans. Free gives you monthly allowances for transcription and AI. Pro removes the limits and adds sharing. Team gives every seat Pro plus organisation features on one bill. Enterprise is custom. Current prices are always on the pricing page.
What does every plan include?
Recording on iOS, Android, and the web; the meeting notetaker bot for Teams, Meet, and Zoom; transcription in any spoken language with speaker separation; and AI notes, chat, and search. The plans differ in how much of the metered AI work you can do each month, and in sharing and team features.

What does Pro add?
- Unlimited transcription, chat, search, and template runs (fair use).
- Shared folders — sharing your recordings and spaces with others is a Pro feature.
Pro is a personal subscription: $19.99 per month, or $14.99 per month billed annually ("Save 25%"). You can buy it on iOS, Android, or the web, and it covers your account on every platform. See Upgrade to Canto Pro.
What does Team add?
Team gives everyone in your organisation Pro, on one bill, plus:
- Organisations — a workspace your whole company joins, with auto-join by email domain and org-wide shared spaces.
- Priority support.
Team is priced per seat — $14.99 per seat per month, or $11.99 billed annually — and "Team plans start at five seats." It's purchased on the web by the organisation owner; members don't pay anything and see "Pro is included with your team's plan." Setup steps: Set up a Team plan.
What about Enterprise?
Enterprise adds custom quotas, SSO, and priority support, with pricing by agreement. Get in touch via the pricing page or support.
FAQ
Do free users get the notetaker bot?
Yes. The notetaker is available on every plan; the meeting's transcription minutes count against your allowance like any other recording.
Does AI on shared content count against my limits?
No. Chat, search, and templates on content shared with you are unmetered on every plan.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — manage the subscription wherever you bought it (App Store, Google Play, or web billing). See Change or cancel your subscription.
